What Are we Looking For?
Cold Caller
- Cold-calling prospects and following up when needed
- Experienced in inbound and outbound sales
- Flexible and able to use different software and dialers Capcut, or Adobe products
- Knowledge of skiptracing, transaction coordination, cold email marketing is a definite plus!
General VA
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars (Google Calendly, etc)
- Able to maintain and organize a contact database and documents
- Should have the ability to strategize, suggest and implement process improvements
- Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing
Social Media Manager
- Strategize, plan and create social media content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Youtube
- Create social media content based on the goals, strategy, and available content using graphics and videos
- Monitor the growth and performance of all the social media platforms
- Must have knowledge of Canva, Filmora, Capcut, or Adobe products
Project Manager
- Should have the ability to lead, manage, and guide a team
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Able to identify and address problems and opportunities for their client
- Must be an effective communicator who can support worker communication with the executive team
