Refund Policy

Campers, Toppers, and RTTs

If you choose to cancel your Roamify Platform Camper or Topper order after paying the final invoice, you will be liable for a $500 restocking fee.

If you choose to cancel your camper or topper order after it has been completed, you will be liable for a $1000 restocking fee.

If you choose to switch your completed order of a camper/topper to an RTT, you will be liable for a $500 restocking fee.

If you choose to change vehicles once your build is completed, you will be liable for a $500 restocking fee.

Why Restocking Fees?

A $500 restocking fee will be applied to any canceled campers or toppers that have passed the final payment stage. Once the build total is paid in full, we allocate raw materials and schedule manufacturing resources for your specific build date. This restocking fee also covers transaction/payment processing fees and the administrative work involved in refunding and rescheduling production resources.

A $1000 restocking fee will be applied to any canceled camper or topper that has reached the “complete” status. Since each camper is custom-built (based on truck model, colors, window and tent configurations, etc.), canceling at this stage requires significant rework to reallocate resources. This fee covers costs related to transaction/payment processing and administrative work to refund and reschedule production.

If you receive your product damaged or defective:

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to enjoy your Roamify product for many adventures! If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will help you repair or replace the damaged components. You can either repair the product yourself with guidance from our support team (the fastest option) or schedule an appointment at one of our service locations (please note that not all Roamify locations are service centers).

If you prefer not to pursue repair/replacement services, you must request a refund within 3 days of your install or delivery. In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund, excluding shipping and installation fees. If you choose to return your Roamify product, you are responsible for organizing delivery and covering any associated return costs to the nearest Roamify location.


Accessories, Parts, & Merchandise

Returns

Return Duration and Policy

Roamify accepts returns for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Installed parts are not eligible for return. For returns older than 30 days, store credit will be issued for accepted items.

Our return policy is non-transferable and only applies to parts and accessories purchased directly from Roamify.

Return Form

Every return must include the return form filled out and sent with the items being returned to ensure proper processing. If a return is received without the form, the items will be discarded without issuing a refund.

Packaging Your Return

Items must be properly packaged to protect both the products and their retail packaging from damage. Items shipped back to Roamify in only their retail packaging will not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs and any additional insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit. Roamify is not liable for the value of any returned items that are damaged or lost while being shipped to our facility.

Processing the Return

Once Roamify receives your return, we will inspect each item. If the items are eligible for return, we will refund the purchase amount. If the returned items or their packaging are damaged, tampered with, or altered, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Sales tax paid on an item will also be refunded on eligible returns.

Items that do not adhere to Roamify’s return policy and are deemed ineligible will be denied and discarded after 10 business days following customer notification. If you wish to recover any refused item, you must request a return shipment within the 10-day period, and the shipping cost will be invoiced to you. The refused item will not be shipped until the invoice is paid. If the shipping invoice is not paid within 10 days, the item will be discarded.

Items Ineligible for Return

Items damaged during installation, items not purchased from Roamify, and items that have been excessively handled, marked, damaged, modified, or altered such that they cannot be resold are ineligible for return. This includes items that have been installed, corroded, worn, or are incomplete.

Defective Parts

Consumer Use Tax Requirements

If you live in a state with sales tax, you may be liable for use tax on products purchased from Roamify.
